My debut photobook, Diary of a Valley Girl is a capsule potrait of Arizona girlhood told through the lens of Black women. Intimate portraits preserved from across The Valley over the course of 4 years, this collection drifts between reality and imagined worlds, where isolation meets escapism and softness exists alongside heat. Vibrant, bold and whimsical, these images trace a coming-of-age search for reflection, belonging, and beauty in a place that often conceals it.
